Note: The original article has been updated to reflect these changes. 
1. In the XML version of the article, all occurrences of ϕ in the body were changed to φ for consistency with the phi symbol in the equations. 
2. In the Figure 3 caption in the XML version, “(C) Signals at location ? of the model for VC = 2 s…” was changed to “(C) Signals at the location of the white star in the model for VC = 2 s…” 
3. In the Figure 3 caption in the XML version, “…before it (θ′)… ” was changed to “…before it (θ″)…” 
4. In the Figure 4 caption in both the XML and PDF versions, “(B) Signals at location ? of the model for VC = 5 s…” was changed to “(B) Signals at the location of the red star in the model for VC = 5 s…”
