There were some minor errors in the original published article. The following changes have now been made to the article online:
In the fourth paragraph of the Results, “colored symbols of Figure 1” has been changed to “symbols of Figure 6, larger symbols corresponding to more peripheral locations.”
In the fifth paragraph of the Results, “orange and red symbols” has been changed to “two smallest plotted symbols.”
In the Figure 7 caption, “Left shows mean threshold (symbols) and interobserver standard deviation (error bars). Right shows the average intra-observer standard deviation” has been deleted.
